Hard boiled eggs! Start from cold water, bring to boil and hold hard for 1 minute, turn off heat cover with plastic (I rub the edge of pot with an ice cube a few times around as to not melt the plastic) set 15 min timer, ice bath for 15 min. Perfection! No fail! (Taken with Instagram)
